REHAU has announced that Dr. Thomas Troeger, formerly CEO of REHAU Americas, has assumed the role of CEO of Interior Solutions effective Jan. 1.
Under Troeger's leadership, REHAU Interior Solutions aims to reinforce its stance as a globally recognized edgeband manufacturer while also asserting its role as a trendsetter in decorative surfaces and furniture components.
After a distinguished 30-year tenure as CEO, Juergen Werner stepped down on Dec. 31. Werner played a pivotal role in REHAU’s growth and success, and the company is grateful for his dedication and visionary leadership. He will remain closely associated with the division as he transitions to the role of chairman of the Interior Solutions Supervisory Board, where he will guide strategic development.
“We have found an excellent successor in Dr. Thomas Troeger,” Werner remarked, expressing confidence in Troeger’s ability to leverage his 18 years REHAU and market experience to drive the company’s international expansion plan. “His deep understanding of the company and market dynamics makes him the ideal leader to elevate REHAU Interior Solutions.”
“I am excited to lead REHAU Interior Solutions into a promising future,” Troeger said. “Our priorities will include accelerating international growth with a renewed emphasis on the customer perspective.”
With a workforce of 3,200 across 60 countries, nine manufacturing plants and more than five decades of expertise as a leading edgeband specialist, REHAU Interior Solutions is already a formidable presence in the global furnishing industry. The division is committed to building on its successes and sharpening its focus under Troeger’s guidance. Embracing the motto “We want to move from good to great,” the company will prioritize understanding customer needs, developing innovative products and enhancing customer service to achieve excellence.
