The founder and CEO of M+J Woodcrafts, Michael Williams, says two important leadership changes will shape the future of the company.
“I’m pleased to announce, my daughter, Meagan Williams, is stepping into the role as president and Gianni Infanti has been appointed vice president. I will remain actively involved with M+J, continuing to support the team and contribute to our company’s growth and success,” Williams says.
“Over the past five years, Meagan and Gianni have worked closely together to strengthen our company, and I am confident they will continue to lead M+J into its next chapter of growth and success.
“After leading M+J Woodcrafts for over four decades, I am incredibly proud of the foundation we’ve built and the values we’ve upheld. Meagan’s dedication to our mission since joining in 2007, along with her vision for the future, makes her the ideal person to carry the company forward.
