Toyota Cambridge Plant, followed by an educational debrief with Lean experts providing insight on what you have seen and experienced.

The event debrief will help you understand how the tour applies to continuous improvement activities in your manufacturing operations.
The event will feature an in-person plant tour of Toyota, a pre-tour primer on what to look for, lunch and a post-tour Lean discussion a review of Lean principles and much more.
And on Jan. 30, WMCO will offer a tour of Mobel Cabinetry in Hamilton.
After more than three decades of operation, Mobels’s recent renovation of their 50,000 sq. ft. fully-automated production facility marks a significant milestone. The company is using the latest European machinery and adopting advanced industry technology and automation with intelligent, autonomous systems fuelled by data and machine learning.
