IWF was a productive, energetic and successful show with many positive comments from visitors and exhibitors.

IWF 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia - Aug. 6–9 - wrapped up a successful show with big crowds eager to see the latest and greatest products and services exhibitors were showcasing at North America’s largest woodworking show.
Attendees experienced a larger footprint with 1,100+ exhibitors in the three show halls and there was a larger international presence.
“This was a productive, energetic and successful show for our company and I had many positive comments from visitors and exhibitors,” said IWF Chairman Chris Hacker, vice president of James L. Taylor Mfg.
“The overall positive mood, enthusiasm and good will of exhibitors and attendees created a successful model to do good business.”
Hacker says he is well aware of the huge investment of time, energy and money that is required to attend and exhibit at a large machinery/supply tradeshow.
“And IWF once again proved to all participants that this is the platform in North America to network, educate and gain value for woodworking shops of every size.”

Celebrations
There were also many opportunities to celebrate at IWF.
The biggest party was IWF Night At The Tabernacle, which returned as the official IWF show party, featuring two hours of live music and open bar service at The Tabernacle, Atlanta’s #1 entertainment venue, just steps away from the IWF show site
Then there was Doucet Machineries Inc., which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. The company, which specializes in the design of advanced solutions for companies involved in secondary wood processing industry, is proud to continue to operate from its headquarters in Daveluyville, Quebec since 1974.
And coinciding with Nederman Canada’s 35th anniversary celebration, this year also marks the 80th anniversary for Nederman Holding AB, headquartered in Helsinborg, Sweden. Founded by Philip Nederman in 1944, the company is a pioneer in developing solutions for air pollution control inside production facilities, protecting workers health and improving their workplace.
Also, attendees had a chance to enjoy Bavarian Night at ‘Der Biergarten’ on Wednesday, Aug. 7, for an evening of dinner, drinks and live music with industry peers.
