CNC Automation recently became the exclusive distributor for Nanxing Machinery in Canada and cemented that strategic partnership during IWF 2024 in Atlanta, after closely tracking Nanxing Machinery's progress over the past decade, with intensified interest since Ligna 2023.
A delegation from CNC Automation visited Nanxing in China in October 2023. After spending a week visiting the various Nanxing facilities, it became clear that their advanced approach to automation and efficient in-house manufacturing was a match for CNC Automation and its valued customers. Nanxing is known worldwide for its manufacturing automation, cost-effectiveness, and streamlined processes.
Recognizing the shift towards Industry 4.0, CNC Automation aligned with Nanxing for their diversified product range and software solutions. Since February 2024, CNC has been doing extensive testing and preparation on various machines from Nanxing at its R&D facility. CNC Automation also hosted a preview event showcasing various Nanxing products to CKCA members, receiving very positive feedback.
The collaboration resulted in Nanxing’s successful product debut at IWF, aimed at boosting the market's Industry 4.0 readiness. The advanced technologies introduced include autonomous smart manufacturing, predictive maintenance, IoT integration, cobots, and software optimization to enhance productivity and enable agile manufacturing capabilities.
The companies’ combined goal is to continuously advance with technologies like AI and machine learning, emphasizing efficiency and quality.
