The newly formed Wood Industry Association (a result of the merger of the WMMA and WMIA) has shared more merger-related information with its members, including some important updates regarding the merger of the two associations to the Wood Industry Association (WIA), which became effective January 1, 2024.
“We are excited about the opportunities this merger brings and are committed to ensuring a smooth transition for all our members.
And we are pleased to introduce the staff for the merged association:

In addition, WIA has launched its new website with the new logo and branding as well as full staff contact information.

And members are urged to mark their calendars for April 9-11, 2024 for the Wood Industry Conference (WIC) at The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida. Registration will open in early January.
