CNC Automation announces promotion and new hires

CNC Automation of Saint-Zotique, Quebec – a leading Canadian-owned supplier of high tech machinery solutions to the wood, plastics and composites industries - has announced the promotion of Chris Havey to director of product development.
Havey will head the newly-formed Product Group as CNC Automation continues to expand and adapt to best serve the needs of its customers.
With his extensive experience in supply chain, supplier relations and the industry in general, Havey has been charged to assemble a team to ensure the overall success of the group and CNC Automation. All product and supplier interaction will be done through this newly formed group.
The company has also announced the addition of Teanna Riopelle and Chris Walker to its team.
Riopelle joins CNC Automation in the role of products & projects technical support representative. She brings 20 years of experience in kitchen design and AutoCAD. Riopelle previously worked in providing design support and custom pricing, supporting a team of 15 members in all aspects of custom cabinetry design, product creation and development work. Working remotely from Renfrew, Ontario Riopelle’s AutoCAD skills and tremendous organizational skills will be an asset to CNC’s continued growth as part of the newly formed Product Group.
Walker joins CNC Automation’s sales team as sale representative for B.C. and Alberta
Based in Kamloops, B.C. Walker will bring increased sales representation to the B.C. and Alberta markets.
With extensive sales and software experience Walker’s industry knowledge will allow CNC Automation to even better serve its customers as it continues its westward expansion.Long-time Western Canada sales manager Dale Robertson will assist Walker as he begins his work with CNC Automation. And while Walker will focus more on the case goods area of the woodworking market, Robertson will specialize in the solid wood and timber areas, but they will work in tandem and will both remain available to all customers.
