We continue to receive many inquiries as it relates to our ongoing ability to supply our products and services.
"At this time, we feel in reviewing the criterion of essential needs-based businesses in terms of supply chain, construction, healthcare & associated hardware that we will remain ‘open’ from an operational point of view. This means all current and future orders will be actively fulfilled as you require. To also re- emphasize what has been communicated previously:
"It goes without saying that our main priority is protecting the health and well- being of our employees and their families, as well as our customers and partners. At the same time, we know you rely on us to help keep your business moving forward.
We want our customers to know we are open for business but are adapting our approach in a few ways in consideration of what is happening in our surrounding communities:
• For customers who have started limiting outside visitors to your facilities, our sales teams, both inside and out, are ready to support you digitally
• Our Distribution Centers are critical to getting our customers the products they need – when and where they need them. We are open but we are limiting ANY pickup / will calls at this time in support of social distancing. We will ship the products to you in a timely manner to meet your needs
• Our Customer Service teams remain available to support you at 1-800-423-3531 while our website

"Our global supply teams are hard at work as well. Hafele has multiple manufacturing locations around the world. This has given us the ability to minimize the potential impact of a geographic disruption. Our plants are currently open, and our production is running in all locations.
