Art Raymond of A.G. Raymond & Co. was the Challengers Award chairman and announced the winners.
A special ceremony on opening day of the Internatiojnal Woodworking Fair in Atlanta, saw the announcement of the winners of the 2018 Challengers Awards.
The seven winners were selected from the 23 finalists.
The award recognizes outstanding companies that have distinguished themselves by developing innovative technology in products, services, or manufacturing techniques that will advance the industry.
And the winners are:
Doucet Machineries’ ALYX is an automated clamp carrier loader system for high volume gluing application, panel preparation, and loading and unloading of the machine.
