Peter and his wife Sharon.
Peter Feindel celebrated a milestone recently. Friends, colleagues and industry representative came out in force last month for a special celebration at Taurus Craco to congratulate Feindel on his 50th anniversary in the woodworking industry.
Feindel, who heads up Taurus Craco Machinery, was congratulated by the many well-wishers who have worked with him over those years.
Wes Love, vice president , Taurus Craco Machinery, said Feindel is like a father figure to the people he works with...and on behalf of them, I thank you for your leadership and wisdom and your many saying’s we will never forget.”
Love said Feindel has been successful because of his common sense attitude towards business, charis- matic salesmanship and his great personality.
“And at age 68, Peter has found a new passion. He now enjoys ‘roughing it’ in the wilderness of Temagami and Algonquin Park, paddling and portaging his hand- made wooden canoes and kayaks,” Love said.
He added that there are two types of people on the world. The type that gets stuck in traffic and lays on the horn, and the type, like Peter, who gets out of the car and directs traffic around the problem.
Hans Meier, Koch Machinery; Cesare Magnani, product manager Biesse America and Federico Broccoli, president & Ceo Biesse America were among the many wellwishers.
